Description
Dunstan Maxim Low GI
For horses needing controlled energy without compromising on nutrition, Dunstan Maxim Low GI is a fibre-rich, low-glycaemic feed designed to provide a steady source of energy. Its low-starch formulation makes it a useful option for horses that need careful management of their carbohydrate intake, including those prone to excitability or requiring a more controlled feeding programme.
Formulated with quality fibre sources and added vegetable oil, Maxim Low GI provides energy to support body condition and performance without relying heavily on cereal starch. Essential vitamins, minerals and quality protein help support muscle maintenance, overall health and everyday wellbeing.
Suitable for a range of horses, from leisure mounts to those in light or moderate work, it offers a practical alternative to traditional high-grain feeds.
Feed alongside quality forage as part of a balanced diet, adjusting quantities to suit your horse’s workload, body condition and individual nutritional requirements. Always introduce new feeds gradually and provide fresh, clean water.
